Don’t worry about confidentiality. I use a HIPPA-compliant service that keeps things between the two of us. When our session is ready, I will send you an invitation, and then we will connect and get started.
You will need a device (e.g., iPad, cellphone, laptop, etc.) for visual and audio connection. Additionally, you need to find a private space that allows for no interruption.
